Small Group Training

Small Group Fitness Training with Tammy is an effective and affordable alternative to Personal Training because you get the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer, but with more individual attention than you would get in a typical group fitness setting since the class is limited to 6 people. You will also get the benefit of working out with other women who share similar fitness goals and challenges! During training sessions, you will participate in challenging, total body workouts using Bodyweight Resistance and various small equipment like Resistance Bands, Stability Balls and Dumbells.
