Pumped Up Strength

PUMPED UP STRENGTH is a strength workout that utilizes combination movement patterns set to music with a great beat to create a total body strength routine. This class will burn calories and challenge your body in new ways while building lean muscle mass. Think outside your basic squat and bicep curl to build strength and bust plateaus!


* The only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells (anywhere from 5 - 12 lbs is great) and a mat. *
