Barre with Tammy

Barre with Tammy is designed to burn calories while improving balance, core strength and flexibility.  Tammy teaches this class by demonstrating a combination of ballet, yoga, fitness, and pilates based movements to phrases of music and the class is choreographed so that the music drives the movement! During the class, you will use a combination of body-weight, resistance bands, mini-stability balls, and light hand weights to strengthen and tone your entire body.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME... NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
