Welcome to Tammy Snow-Johnston Fitness, based in Grimsby, Ontario!  Offering a wide range of services with In-Home Personal Training and Group Fitness, it is my goal to teach, coach, energize and encourage you to be the best possible version of you!

In-Home Personal Training

Tammy is a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist who's approach to training is based strongly on her belief that fitness can be enjoyable and accessible to anyone and everyone, without expensive equipment or even leaving the comfort of their home. She works around her clients' schedules and goes to their homes with personalized fitness programs, designed to help them achieve their individual goals.

Tammy is always fully prepared with an arsenal of exercises suitable to give anyone a safe and effective workout, no matter what their fitness level.

Barre

Tammy teaches this class by demonstrating a combination of ballet, yoga, functional fitness and pilates inspired movements to phrases of music.  This class is choreographed so that the music drives the movement and each segment of the class is divided by song (mostly top 40).  

During the class, you will use a combination of body weight, resistance bands, mini-stability balls and light hand weights to tone your entire body. 

 ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME... NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Yoga

Through Yoga, not only will you build strength and flexability, you will also experience increased energy, reduced stress and tension, better concentration and an improved level of overall fitness. In this class you will move and breathe through foundational poses, along with modifications and progressions, so whether you're brand new to yoga, have a bit of experience or are a seasoned Yogi looking for a gentle practice, this is the class for you.
